FREE SHIPPING over $99 - standard ground delivery service - US lower 48 states only
- Free shipping applies to small parcel ground orders shipping to US lower 48 states.
- Free shipping excludes delivery to Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam & Alaska Remote Areas.
- Does not apply to LTL (less than truckload - indvidual items weighing 150 lbs. or more), next day air or premium upgrades, expedited or COD deliveries.
- Free shipping is included without any additional links or discount codes.
- By accepting the free shipping - you accept that BFO will ship UPS ground service.
- There is a $40 order minimum for all domestic orders.
- The majority of orders ship within 24-48 hours from our warehouses.
- Our order processing office is open Monday-Friday 8AM to 4:30PM EST.
- All orders placed after closing time or on weekends are processed the next business day.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY DATES REFLECTED AT CHECKOUT
All expedited orders take priority with emphasis on UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3rd Day Select in this order.
The online calculator takes into account the que of exisiting order expedites that are already in process at our warehouses. The delivery times shown at checkout reflect the REAL TIME delivery dates for orders that you can expect from the time the order is processed into our system, disptached to the warehouse, pulled and packaged and finally shipped out.
This is to ensure that you can plan for your material arrival accurately.
BFO extends our UPS discounted volume rates to our customers for all expedited services.
Selecting UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air DOES NOT mean you will receive your package the next day or second day after placing your order - this is due to the existing volume of expedited orders in the que. When selecting a shipping/delivery speed - the date shown is reflective of what UPS delivery speed the package(s) will ship on, once they clear our existing expedited order que - and ship from our warehouse. If you require an order to arrive next day or for Saturday delivery - please contact us.
