These Camlock Cone Strainers are also called Quick Coupling funnel Strainers and are characterized by there Conical Witch Hat Shape.
They have a built in Buna-Nitrile Gasket and are designed to be installed into Female Camlocks Type B, Type C and Type D couplers.
They are designed to protect suction pumps from debris.
They are the one piece design complete with Buna-N Gasket for a tight seal and quick installation.

• Description:
• Conical shaped they look like a witches hat and are also referred to as funnel strainers.
• A Buna-N gasket is pre-installed on the outer edge of the widest portion of the Cone.
• The funnel is perforated with holes usually 1/8" in diameter.

• Uses:
• To keep debris and material out.
• To protect suction pumps and equipment from becoming clogged or damaged.

• Advantages:
• Simple one-piece design.
• They have pre-installed gaskets for quick installations.

• Operation:
• Functions as a simple filter or strainer keeping out any material that is larger than the hole size on the funnel cone.

• Installation:
• Remove your current gasket and install the one-piece funnel and gasket like you would when replacing a gasket
• These Cam and Groove Funnel Strainers install easily into the Female Cam and Groove Couplings (Type B, Type C and Type D)
